A FEW PRACTICAL ANSWERS
Product inquiry questions
A short brief is a useful starting point. We can identify the missing information together.
Project fit & working principlesCan I contact you with only an idea?
Yes. Start with the intended user, product use and essential functions. Complete engineering files are not needed for an initial discussion. We review what must be clarified and whether the project fits our plastic and electronic product work.
What should I prepare?
Your email and a short project description are enough to begin. If available, share a product reference, photos, drawings, a parts list or a sample description. For OEM manufacturing, the approved design and specifications form the production baseline; any redesign needs a separate agreement.
What if the quantity or delivery date is undecided?
Leave them blank or write “Not decided.” A rough estimate can help later. Minimum order, pricing and timing depend on the product, tooling, materials, packaging and required verification, and are confirmed after project review.
How should I raise confidentiality needs?
Start with a non-confidential overview and mention any restrictions. Agree the exchange and confidentiality arrangements before sending restricted drawings, software or customer information. Availability, permission to share and any NDA are reviewed for the specific project.
